Super quick post with a light dinner idea! I had some yummy trout that we grilled yesterday when the weather was nice. Tonight, I seared it in butter (yes, butter – fish is just better with butter, haha!), added a touch of lemon juice, red chili flakes, a dash of smoked paprika, sea salt and a splash of sesame oil. Added pasta, spinach and halved cherry tomatoes right before serving! Yum! We had ours with some steamed broccoli on the side for an extra measure of greens.
